OhioBWC - Worker - Service: Return-to-work history

BWC uses return-to-work (RTW) data to calculate the managed care organizations's
performance-measure (incentive) payment for returning injured workers to stable
employment.

Last Date Worked - Date the injured worker last reported to work.
|
|
Return to Work Date - Date the injured worker has returned to employment.
|
|
Return to Work Status - Stage of the return-to-work process. This is either Actual or
Estimated.
|
- Actual - Date the injured worker has returned to employment.
- Estimated - Anticipated date the injured worker may be able to return to employment.
|
|
Days Absent - Number of days the injured worker has missed from work.
