SXC can assist pharmacies with questions about bill submission and prescribers with questions about requests for prior authorization.

MCOs — Since BWC’s PBM does not reimburse for compound medications, durable medical equipment or medical supplies purchased at a pharmacy, contact the injured worker’s managed care organization (MCO) regarding these services.
