Chief of Customer Services Tina Kielmeyer
|
Tina Kielmeyer became the chief of customer services in the summer of 2007.
With more than 24 years of workers’ compensation insurance expertise,
she has also served the agency as assistant administrator/chief operating officer and
acting administrator/chief executive officer twice at the request of two governors.
Kielmeyer is responsible for directing all claim, risk and safety operations for
BWC, the largest exclusive state-fund system in the United States. Previously,
as chief of BWC’s Injury Management Services Division, she was instrumental in the
development and implementation of BWC’s Health Partnership Program (HPP). As an
advocate for workplace safety and an expert in workers compensation delivery systems,
Kielmeyer has served on both state and national committees.
Kielmeyer began her career at BWC as a college intern in 1982 and is a graduate
of the The Ohio State University College of Business. She has a degree in business
administration with a focus in insurance and risk management.
A longtime resident of Pataskala, Ohio, she is a proud wife and mother of three
children.
