Caren Murdock joined BWC as Chief of Internal Audit in July 2008. She is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor and certified information systems auditor. Caren has served as assistant Chief Financial Officer for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, director of internal audit for the Office of the Attorney General of Ohio, special projects manager for the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, senior auditor for the Ohio Department of Development and staff auditor with the Auditor of State.

Caren graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She serves on the Association of Governmental Accountants executive committee and holds memberships in Institute of Internal Auditors, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Government Accountants.

Caren lives in Grandview with her daughter.
