BWC requests your feedback on proposed reimbursement rule

This is to announce that we are proposing changes to the current Hospital Outpatient Services Reimbursement Rule, Ohio Administrative Code 4123-6-37.2. The rule is scheduled to become effective May. 1, 2010. Below is a link to the proposed rule.

Now, we'd like to hear from you. After reviewing the proposal, e-mail your comments to the Medical Services Division.

• Include your name, organization name, phone number and e-mail address.
• Submit all comments before Dec. 4.
