BWC requests your feedback on latest Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Fee Schedule

This is to announce that we have recently completed a draft of the 2010 ASC Fee Schedule. The fee schedule is scheduled to become effective April 1, 2010.

Now, we'd like to hear from you. We've provided a copy of our proposed ASC fee schedule for your review. Simply click on the link below to download it.

How to submit feedback

• E-mail comments to the Medical Services Division.
• Include your name, phone number, e-mail address and practice/specialty, if applicable.
• You must submit all comments before Nov. 27.

Note: Any change or revision to the ASC fee schedule must go through the Ohio rule-making process before it becomes final. We will give your insights and suggestions serious consideration before we submit the fee schedule proposal to the BWC Board of Directors.
