BWC's gift acceptance policy

Our policy states that BWC employees cannot accept ANY GIFT OR GRATUITY from anyone:

• Doing or seeking to do business with the bureau;
• Regulated by the BWC;
• Interested in any matter before the BWC.

Important Note: Please do not send gifts or gratuities of any nature to any BWC employee, office or division. Gifts received by BWC staff or offices will be returned along with a letter to the sender explaining that Ohio's ethics laws prohibit acceptance of such gifts.

All BWC division chiefs will notify the chief of staff immediately of the action taken.
