BWC will reimburse a base amount of $100 per hour for work completed
on a corporate analysis and review, along with policy development, not to exceed
10 hours.
The employee cost factor is calculated so that the BWC will pay an additional
$200 for each increment of 25 employees (after the first 50) in a business up to a maximum of $1,200.
Job analysis will be reimbursed at $160 per hour for the actual number
of hours required. A one-hour job analysis consists of both job observation
and report completion. For companies with up to 99 employees, BWC will reimburse
the actual number of job analyses up to a maximum of 10 job analyses. For companies
having 100 to 199 employees, BWC will reimburse for the actual number of job
analyses up to a maximum of 15 job analyses.
A company with 200 or more employees will be reimbursed for the actual number
of job analyses up to a maximum of 20 job analyses.
The above reimbursable rates are subject to change. Please contact BWC at 614-728-8473
directly to get the current rates.
