This publication provides a summary of the dispositions for unresolved complaints and administrative concerns presented to SIEEB, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4123.352 of the Ohio Revised Code from Feb. 1, 1997 to the present.

Self-insuring employers, their employees and their authorized representatives should use this document as a reference guide to help them better understand the workers’ compensation laws and rules that apply to self-insurance. You also can learn from others’ experiences and work with the appropriate parties to resolve issues in a more timely and permanent fashion.
