Going to the Doctor

When you go to the doctor, take your managed care organization (MCO) identification card with you.

Your employer should have given you a medical identification card with the name of your MCO.

  • Knowing your MCO is key to filing your claim and receiving prompt health care.
  • If you do not know who your MCO is,
ask your employer or call 1-800-OHIOBWC and press 0.
Click here if you know your claim number, and would like to find your MCO.
