When BWC makes a decision about your claim, a written order
is published. All
parties to the claim will receive a copy of that order.
The order will state whether BWC has allowed or denied the claim. The order will note any conditions
included in the decision, and whether you are entitled to compensation.
If you or your employer
disagree with any part of the BWC order, you can file an appeal to the Industrial Commission
of Ohio (IC).
