User ID and Password

To access information about your specific policy or claim(s), you will need to create an account, in other words, obtain a user ID and password. Your user ID and password will enable the system to identify you to safeguard your personal information.

To create an online account, click on Log on in the black box to the left, then click on Create new BWC account, and follow the instructions. BWC will send you a confirmation letter in the mail verifying that you logged on and created the account.

With your online account, you can check the status of your policy or claim and submit forms for benefits and services. You must have your user ID to access both of these service offerings.

Only you will know your user ID and password. Please keep it in a safe place and do not share it with anyone. If you forget your user ID and password, call your claims service specialist. If you forget your password, you can get help by clicking Log on, Help with your BWC account.
