BWC’s E-Business System – The OhioBWC.com portal
In November 2000 BWC launched its e-business system, so providers and other customers can interact with
BWC whenever, wherever and however they want. BWC continually makes improvements to the Web site and increases the number and
kinds of services available to our customers. But it does not replace people with technology. Customers who prefer dealing with
a person will always have the option of doing so. Since the system frees BWC employees from many time-consuming tasks, the
availability of online services provides even better customer service.
The general public can access many areas of this Web site. To ensure confidentiality, you must create a primary e-account
(user ID and password) before accessing certain information and services. In order to set up an account, you must be enrolled
with BWC.
