OhioBWC.com portal, BWC's e-business Web site is available to medical providers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here are some of the online services available to providers:

• Provider guided tour;
• *Medical bill payment look-up;
• *Claim documents;
• View and download Provider Billing and Reimbursement Manual (BRM) and quarterly updates;
• Access to basic claim information, including International Classification of Diseases (ICD-9) codes, claim status, date of injury, accident description and the assigned managed care organization (MCO);
• Access to an injured worker’s claim history;
• BWC-certified provider look-up;
• Employer/MCO look-up;
• Access to the BWC fee schedule;
• Ability to download and print various BWC provider forms;
• Ability to file a claim electronically and immediately receive a claim number;
• Contact information for BWC’s provider relations department.

Note: The general public can access many areas of this Web site. To ensure confidentiality, you must create a primary e-account (user ID and password) before accessing injured worker information. You can add secondary users to this online account so that each of your employees or vendor employees can use their own passwords.
