Can I change or dismiss my attorney?

Yes, you can change or dismiss your attorney at any time during the life of your
claim. You must do the following:

The injured worker is required to send BWC written notice when they dismiss
their representative, the injured worker will also need to file a new
authorization of representation when changing their representative. The injured
worker should notify their former representative of their action.
