If your employer is state-funded, your MCO will work with your doctor to
make sure you receive appropriate medical care. BWC will decide if the claim
is allowed or denied. If your claim is allowed your MCO will pay your medical bills.
If your employer is self-insured and your claim is allowed, your employer is
responsible for paying any medical bills as a result of your injury.
