Sometimes the CSS is not able to complete the investigation or to make a determination of the claim because they have not received requested information that is necessary to complete the determination process. As you review the status of your claim, you may see that the CSS is waiting for a medical report or wage information. You may be able to help the CSS by contacting your doctor or employer and obtain the information for the CSS.
