COLUMBUS – The BWC Board of Directors will host the second of two forums on managed care services and benefit plans. The public forum will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 26 in the auditorium of the William Green Building, located at 30 W. Spring St., Columbus.

The first 90 minutes of the June forum will focus on:

• Scope of coverage and level of benefits for medical, vocational rehabilitation and pharmaceutical services;
• Reimbursement methodologies for these treatments and services; and
• Best practices for assuring efficient and effective delivery of the managed care process.

The last 30 minutes will be open for public comment on BWC policies, procedures and programs.

The Board requests injured workers, employers, medical providers, representatives of industries and associations and the general public to register their intent to address the Board by completing a short form at ohiobwc.com by June 17, 2008. On-site registration will also be accepted the day of the forum.
